had the option of adding a full bath, but that would have taken away from the storage space in the closet and add about $800 to the base price...no thank you!
Here is the plan for the main floor. The master bedroom is bay window and bump out was an upgrade we chose to add a sitting area and more sq. footage to the room. With the bonus room the house will be approximately 3200 sq ft.
